According to the statement released by the State Administration Council (SAC), Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Director of the Fund RC-Investments from the Russian Federation Mr. Alexander Sergeevich Shatirov met and discussed trade affairs. 

Myanmar is expecting to export local products to Russia and discussed with Russian delegations for uplifting bilateral trade. 

The discussion was held on March 14 at SAC Office in Naypyidaw.

It was reported that issues related to the export of Myanmar's agricultural products and aquatic products to Russia including production of mineral and natural resources from Myanmar as value-added products, and the conservation of natural resources were discussed.

Similarly, they also discussed on using forest products from Myanmar to produce high-class furniture and appliances by using advanced technology and paper productions.
