Senior General Min Aung Hlaing urged the terrorists to bear sympathy on the public and to stop stupidity and to agree to solve the conflicts in a political mean.  

Senior General addressed it in his speech during the meeting held at the office of the State Administration Council (SAC) on December 4. 

At present, the whole public is suffered from the consequences of destructions of the ongoing crisis conducted by the terrorists.  

In addition, time and budgets are much consumed and wasted to repair and rebuild the damaged roads and bridges which are destroyed by the terrorist acts, Senior General said. 

 Currently, houses in Loikaw city were damaged a lot by terrorist acts of KNPP and it is difficult to resettle it, he continued. 

Therefore, if those terrorist acts were continued, only the whole public will be suffered more. Therefore, Senior General urged the terrorists to stop stupidity and agree to follow the political means. 

During SAC administration term, Senior General welcomed and invited all ethnic armed organizations (EAO) within the country, only 10 EAOs accepted the invitation and attended the peace talk though. 

Three terrorists allied group including TNLA (Ta’ang terrorist) and AA (Rakhine terrorist) led by MNDAA (Kokang terrorist) initiated the clashes under “Operation 1027” since October 27 in many territories of northern Shan State. 

Similarly, KNPP terrorists also started the attacks under so-called “Operation 11.11” in Loikaw, Kayah State since November 11. 

In addition, battles are still occurring between Tatmadaw and terrorist groups in States and Regions of Rakhine, Chin, Kayin, Bago and Sagaing. 

Due to those operations and clashes, the residents from abovementioned States and Regions displaced and homeless since their homes and properties were destroyed.
