According to the Myanmar Police Force, the #PDFs, mostly underaged (#child_soldiers), ignited the office of the Immigration and Population Department in Chaung-U, Sagaing Region on 27 January at an estimated 7 pm.

The office is located in Tamarmyaing Ward in Chaung-U Township.

The office’s building, wall, floor and roof were destroyed in the fire, according to the news release.

Also, an office of the General Administration Department in Mogaung Township, Kachin State was attacked by two hand-made bombs on January 28 at an estimated 6:30 am, according to the Myanmar Police Force.

The bombs exploded under the meeting table, the police said.
