Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing warned and divulged that Tatmadaw would conduct an effective response to the offenders since they violated the trust that the Tatmadaw built for the sake of ethnicities.  

He addressed it during the union cabinet meeting that was held on 2nd November in Naypyidaw. 

In recent days, MNDAA and TNLA joint forces attacked regional security outposts and departmental offices in northern Shan State. 

Likewise, KIA also destroyed transportation routes in Kachin State and attacked the security camps.

Senior General said that the KIA attacked the security outposts with massive troop forces although Tatmadaw has notified and warned the KIA not to disturb the regional stability. Therefore, Tatmadaw will have to conduct an effective response on the basis of security concerns. 

He added that Tatmadaw has negotiated and relaxed in many ways since it values the trust that has built among the ethnicities.  

As a matter of fact, the State Administration Council declared that the ethnic armed forces that are willing to get the internal peace are always allowed to discuss at any time.
