Explosion occurred at a civilian festival in Yangon's Tarmwe Township last night in which two beggars- mother and child were wounded with severe injuries.

The bomb blasted within few hours later after the hate speeches against that normal civilian celebration were published by the anti-government news outlets and Spring Revolution information groups, so as to motivate or inform the terrorists to commit this freak civilian target terror plot.

The incident happened on December 23 at an estimated 9 pm when residents and civilians were celebrating a funfair in Kyaukmyaung residential area located in Tarmwe Township, Yangon Region.

The bomb went off when the two beggars, mother and child, picked up a black plastic bag among visitors.The mother, 32 years old, and the child, three years old, were cut fingers in the blast together bomb particals injuries in many parts of the bodies.
